The Complex is placed strategically in an area of 53 hectares (130 acres) in the northeastern edge of the city of Punta Arenas, by the Strait of Magellan. Surrounded by two structural avenues, Bulnes Avenue on the western edge and Costanera Avenue in the north and the eastern edge, has a privileged access to the Port Terminal Mardones, and enjoys direct connectivity with the key points of the city.
The Complex has 3 controlled access: west access by Bulnes Avenue (pedestrian and private vehicles), east access by Costanera Avenue (pedestrian and private vehicles) and north access by Port Terminal Mardones (pedestrian and cargo vehicles).
Inside The Complex and through its avenues there is easy access to the Shopping Center, several department stores, supermarkets, warehouses and showrooms, which feature comfortable parking. On its surface there are also distributed the ZonAustral Administration Building, which houses the Customs Service, public playgrounds and esplanades, service areas, storage of dry and refrigerated cargo and vehicle stock yard.
